Thank you for using Ultimate Photo Cleaner. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data Collection

Photos and Photo Data

Ultimate Photo Cleaner does not collect, access, or share any photos or photo metadata. All photo processing is performed locally on your device. Your photos, their metadata, and any data related to your photos never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Referral Program Data

When you participate in our referral program, we collect limited anonymous data to track referral activity:

• Anonymous User ID: A unique, anonymous identifier is generated using Firebase to track referral activities. This ID cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Referral Codes: We store referral codes to track which users were referred by whom and to manage the referral program functionality.
• Referral Statistics: We track how many times you have successfully referred other users to help manage the referral program and provide rewards.

This data is stored securely and used solely for managing the referral program. It is not linked to any personal information that could identify you.

User Feedback

When users optionally provide feedback, the following data may be collected:

• User Feedback: When users submit feedback through the in-app form, their message is collected. Users may optionally include their email address if they wish to be contacted.

2. Data Sharing

We do not share any user information with third parties. However, our app uses third-party analytics services that may collect anonymous usage data:

• Facebook SDK: Collects anonymous usage data in accordance with Facebook's Data Policy, which you can view here: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage and event data (such as app interactions, session information) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy, which you can view here: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Feedback, optional email addresses, and referral program data are stored securely and used solely for their respective purposes (support, product improvement, and referral program management). None of this data is shared with third parties.

3. Analytics Services

Our application integrates third-party analytics services to help us understand how users interact with the app. No personal data is collected or stored by us through these integrations. The data collected is aggregated and anonymous.

• Facebook SDK: Used for analytics tracking to understand general app usage patterns
• Firebase Analytics: Used to track specific events and user interactions within the app, such as:
  • When users start a cleaning session
  • When users complete a session
  • General app navigation and feature usage

All analytics data is collected anonymously and used solely for improving the app experience.

4. Advertising

Our Android application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob, a Google service, may collect device information (IP address, device type, Advertising ID), and usage data (interactions with ads). With your consent, precise location data may also be collected.

AdMob uses this data for personalized and non-personalized advertising, as well as for measuring ad campaign performance. We comply with GDPR and obtain your explicit consent before displaying personalized ads. You can withdraw your consent or manage your ad preferences within the app or through your device settings.

5. Data Deletion Instructions

We collect limited data including optional feedback messages, email addresses, and anonymous referral program data. If you wish to have any of this data deleted, please contact us using the email below:

• Feedback Data: We can delete any feedback messages and email addresses you have provided.
• Referral Program Data: We can delete your anonymous user ID, referral codes, and referral statistics upon request.

Analytics Data: Both Facebook SDK and Firebase Analytics collect only anonymous usage data for analytics purposes. Users cannot directly delete this data through our app, but they may manage how their data is used by these services:

6. Children's Privacy

Ultimate Photo Cleaner is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly allow use of the app by anyone under 18 years old.
